Healing at Home teaches you, guides you, supports you to heal your past, experience peace and create a life you’ve only dreamed of.

Healing is an inside job. I can’t do it for you but I can show you that it’s possible, teach you how to do the work yourself and support you along your healing journey. 

You can heal within the next 6-12 months if you:

  • watch and listen to all the resources provided inside
  • use the healing processes as needed
  • attend the monthly Zoom calls for personal guidance and support
  • believe that you are capable of this
  • accept that you absolutely do deserve a life of peace and happiness
  • commit to doing the work!


It’s not easy but it is possible.

The Process Within Healing at Home

Step 1
The first resource guides you through creating a feeling of safety which you can use every time you don’t feel safe and would like to which is important and useful as you feel the uncomfortable feelings and unpack the past.

Step 2
Watch and listen to the other resources (Instant Emotional Relief, Healing Hand, Healing Commitee, Tapping) which help you create your foundation of healing.

Step 3
Figure out exactly what your limiting beliefs are using muscle testing (eg I’m not good enough, I need approval, I’m not safe to be seen etc) so you know where to start.

Step 4a
Identify the limiting belief or trauma you want to shift, and when you’re ready, listen to my healing process and be guided to understand more about it and then feel it to release it. You’ll also be prompted to discover any new learnings, understandings or perspectives which are beneficial along your healing journey. All from your brilliant subconscious mind and Higher Self.

Step 4b
Repeat this healing process many times as you need to release every trapped emotion, stuck feeling, blocks and the limiting beliefs that are holding you back and stopping you from moving forward.

Step 5
Attend the monthly Zoom calls to ask your questions, get personal advice and guidance and additional support along your healing journey.

Step 6
After you’ve used the healing process, listen to the guided Future Self meditation to *see* into your future and hear your own advice to get there.

Step 7
Use the meditation and hypnosis audios daily for better sleep, healing your physical body, empowerment and a Dream Life visualisation (coming soon!)

Step 8
With all of your new resources learnt, created and installed and the healing processes available to you keep doing your inner work every day to heal your past, experience peace and create a future you’ve only dreamed of.


Healing at home can be used for both starting or continuing your healing journey, before beginning therapy or alongside any of your current therapists, medical, mental health or healing practitioners.
