A 4-Week Guided Introduction to Understanding, Releasing & Transforming Trauma for Survivors who are exhausted from living in surviving mode and ready to create safety.

That’s trauma.

Healing does not begin with forcing yourself to “be positive” or pretending you’re fine or numbing yourself or hiding from the world, healing begins with safety.


This Program Was Created For Survivors Who:

  • Struggle with anxiety, overwhelm, hypervigilance or emotional exhaustion
  • Are navigating post-separation abuse or the aftermath of toxic relationships
  • Want to understand why they feel the way they do
  • Need practical tools not just advice
  • Want a safe, supportive introduction to healing trauma without judgment or overwhelm

Each week you’ll join a live 60–90 minute guided video session with me combining:

  • Trauma education in simple language
  • Nervous system support
  • Emotional regulation tools
  • Guided healing practices
  • Gentle reflection & integration exercises
  • Supportive, trauma informed, survivor centred space

This is not about “fixing” you. It’s about helping you understand what happened to you, what it did to your mind and body, and how to begin priortising yourself.


What You’ll Learn

Week 1 – Safety First

Creating Internal & External Safety

You cannot heal while your nervous system still believes you are in danger.

In this session you’ll learn:

  • What trauma actually does to the brain & body
  • Why you feel stuck in survival mode
  • How hypervigilance, anxiety and shutdown develop
  • Grounding & nervous system regulation techniques
  • How to begin creating safety within yourself

You’ll leave with:

✔ A deeper understanding of your trauma responses
✔ Practical grounding tools
✔ Greater self-compassion instead of self-blame


Week 2 – Understanding Your Patterns

Awareness Without Shame

Your reactions make sense when you understand what shaped them.

In this session you’ll learn:

  • Fight, flight, freeze & fawn responses
  • Triggers & emotional flashbacks
  • Trauma bonding & conditioned survival patterns
  • How trauma impacts relationships, boundaries & self-worth

You’ll leave with:

✔ Greater clarity around your patterns
✔ Reduced shame around your reactions
✔ Increased emotional awareness


Week 3 – Releasing What’s Stuck

Gentle Healing Without Overwhelm

Trauma is not just remembered by the mind, it is carried in the body.

In this session you’ll experience:

  • Introduction to tapping (EFT)
  • Breathwork & nervous system reset practices
  • Gentle somatic release exercises
  • Safe emotional processing techniques

You’ll leave with:

✔ Practical tools for emotional release
✔ A greater sense of calm & regulation
✔ A safer connection with your body


Week 4 – Moving From Survival to Stability

Building Your Healing Foundation

Healing isn’t becoming who you were before trauma.
It’s becoming someone who feels safe, empowered and connected again.

In this session you’ll learn:

  • What regulation actually feels like
  • How to support long-term healing
  • Creating daily safety & self-care rituals
  • How to continue your healing journey without burnout

You’ll leave with:

✔ Your own personalised healing support plan
✔ Tools to continue regulating your nervous system
✔ Hope, clarity & direction moving forward
